The 2023 Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was barrel aged in new and once-used French oak for 26 months. Boasting an intense ruby hue, this wine opens with a seductive nose of concentrated blackberry and plum, layered with notes of cocoa, anise, and baking spice. On the palate, it is opulent and full-bodied, with ripe, firm tannins providing excellent structure.
